    My wife and I try to make it out to Waffles once a week. Honestly, we've never had a bad experience here and plan to keep coming back for the delicious chicken and waffles for as long as we're able to.

    Pro tip: get some hot strawberry syrup to go along with the strawberry butter, it all comes together devastatingly well with their hot sauce.

    First thing wrong was you have to go up to the register to order, then you have to pay and your options are no tip or start off with 15 percent tip on their automated payment method.  
    2nd thing wrong, they serve their meals on paper plates and plastic utensils.
    3rd thing wrong, they didn't bring our food out all at the same time...I think they messed up the order.
    4th thing wrong, the waffles were under cooked and mushy, the fried chicken was burnt, the sausage was over cooked.
    5th thing wrong, the waffles had a horrible after taste and I was sick for about two hours after eating there.  
    My grandchildren hated it, we threw their waffles and chicken away.  I really don't understand how they could have 4 star reviews with so many reviewers.  This was probably the worse place I've ever eaten.

    Best customer service, FRESH ingredients bought 3x a week! If you're ever in North Vegas and looking for a mom n pop, whole-in-the-wall awesome place for breakfast lunch or dinner, if you want custom, gluten free or chicken n waffle, this is the place!
    I got the fiery chicken sandwich. No. They would not say what was in the home made sauce!
    Everyone is friendly from staff to customers.
    An extraordinary welcoming atmosphere. And Great food.

    This is the best place ever for breakfast waffles, waffle sandwiches and coffees! Took the whole family and everyone was super happy with their food! Very friendly staff. Can't wait to go back!

    First time coming in today! Service was phenomenal from start to finish. As soon I walked up to the cashier they asked if it was my first time, patiently explained the menu to me. Checked on my SO and I frequently but not too much, food came out at a great time and food was great!

    On their wall their was a quote from the Las Vegas Review Journal stating, "Waffles Cafe is to Waffles what Willy Wonks was to Candy". I highly agree with this statement, thank you all so much for your hospitality and patience.
